A tip of the hat to Joe Backwards-7. He came all the way from Boise, Idaho to do some massive re-plumbing work on the central post office here in New Orleans. He’s also a long-time fan of the show, and so he took Xy and David and I out for dinner at Tommy’s last night. (Oddly enough, Xy and I dined there almost exactly one year ago.) Sometimes small fame has big advantages. Thanks, Joe, and if you’re back in New Orleans anytime soon, you’ll have to come see our place and join us for a home-cooked meal.
