It has NOTHING going for it unless getting dressed up to go shopping is your life's passion. I grew up there and didn't realize that other cities had a soul until I left for school in New Orleans. They all reported that they liked Houston very much. I've been there and can't explain it or even see the attraction, but their love for Houston was very real. Others moved to San Antonio and everyone seems to like it, including me. But some Border-dwellers, me included, ended up in Dallas and couldn't wait to get out. I refer to it as being sentenced to Dallas. If I ever have to do it again, I will move to Fort Worth and commute.
