Rick: I guess it's been a while since I tuned in. Last time I got an earful that melted the wax. Didn't they used to carry Savage nation and the like? It's funny how the national guys are so much more extreme than the local guys. But I remember when Eric Asher was the only local talk you could hear at lunch time... I like a lot of what he has to say.

Mom: Mies van der Rohe was mentioned in the session! The situation in Miami, not so much.

I find it interesting that Bacardi commissioned several projects from Ludwig Meis van der Rohe including an office building in Santiago Cuba which was never built, a building complex in Mexico and a headquarters in Bermuda.

Ironically the Bacardi Miami buildings, long a cultural icon are threatened.

the hate mongers are gone , unless you mean kairee johnson or errol laborde.

george buck switched the format to old cheesy music that i actually find quite comferting since it reminds me of the soundtrack of my roadtrips with my folks when i was a kid.

it's a nice oasis when i need a break from the talk radio that i'm addicted to.

good review of the tales.

i hope they give you a press pass again next year.

I really enjoyed reading this and wish I could have been there. I've always preferred cocktails to wine or beer.
