The last few days have taught me a couple things.

1. Taking care of a baby is hard work.
2. Taking care of a sick baby is even harder.

I’m back in the office today, for a partial day. Man, it’s nice. You won’t hear me grumbling about the high cost of daycare again. Given the work they do, they’re criminally underpaid.

As for the girl, she’s doing better (or I wouldn’t be here) but she’s not exactly back to 100% yet. I wish I even knew exactly what’s wrong, but it’s all so very mysterious.
