Bart, miss you at coffee in the mornings.
I had a cigar with Ash just Wednesday past. We had a member of Cigar Weekly come to New Orleans, and a few of us gathered at the Canal Blvd. location of The Bulldog for a smoke. Thursday was his and Hana's anniversary, but they came to meet us after their dinner last Wednesday.

I know, Bart. I feel the same way. It doesn't seem real.

That is very sad. in three days is the anniversary of the death of a friend of mine who was a prolific blogger and podcaster. It seems so strange in the digital world, but its important for people to store their passwords for safekeeping with someone that they trust. He had all kinds of business and connections happening with his podcast (mainly academic) but no one had a password to access it or put an update on it or let others know of his passing. People were still discovering his passing 6 months later because besides his work website and a new blog created in his memory, there was no way to get the word out.

I am glad his wife can access the support of the blogosphere in this time of need.
