		<description>Bill Quigley really is a hero. He jumped right in during the Immediate Aftermath, defending the rights of displaced renters, changing the way evictions were carried out so that renters couldn't just be put out with no more than a note posted to the door. This is a guy who consistently walks the walk. Thanks for the links. They tell a very sad story.</description>
