I can understand the broad opposition to #5, limit expropriation, but haven't figured out the opposition to #6. I suspect #6 is some special deal; maybe good, maybe not. Like maybe the perez' in Plaquemines lost some property to the parish - no wait that can't happen -- the perez' were the parish. Who knows? Your grid was fun.
