That’s just insane. The way I’ve read his blog, the insurance companies are ordering these “doctored” engineering reports, and even stating the hurricane wasn’t “windy” enough??? Can anyone say class action? If this is the Michael that’s in 93, you seem like a fine and decent person. I say fight! Stand up for what you’ve paid for.

i agree with lee everyone in nola who is getting jerked around by insurance companys should get together and file a class action lawsuit. i know the law students at a few of the colleges in nola are doing that about the time lost and student loans… etc..
