I thought St. Anne always started down in the Bywater somewhere (Clouet?) and only stopped in the Marigny, usually at the R Bar, to pick up more people.
B- Do you know where Clouet and St. Anne are marching this year? I keep hearing conflicting accounts. Some say starting from the Friendly Bar rather than the traditional Clouet. Any insights?
